In 2009, Jake worked for a large entertainment company who had poor quality characters, unlicensed bounce houses, and ZERO customer service. He so loved what he did but could not continue to work for the company he was working for. So, with a lot of hard work 11 years later the dream of running his own entertainment company became a reality. Now, with his wife Rachel, Characters By Jake is a Christian Faith, Family business who believes that through the lord, all things are possible. We are committed to making all of our clients a priority, and we are never interested in treating anybody as a "number"

Our mission is to offer affordable, quality character services for everyone. Many entertainment companies only appeal to those with a lot of money so here at CBJ, we hope to be able to accommodate the wishes of everybody in every budget range.
Our Vision
Our vision is to always maintain a family ran company. by maintaining our faith in Jesus, we strive to make not just our community a better place, but our world. Offering charity work where we can and raising awareness for things like Autism and pediatric cancer is something we will always do. In this business where so much of it is business, we never want to lose sight that to us, it was all started to help people!
